Pale ruby in color. A very drinkable Valpolicella with great vibrancy. Fresh and dried herbs combine with bitter cherry and ripe red plum. All elements are well balanced, leading into a refined, long, saline-tinged finish. Enjoy with pan fried liver and polenta.
