Pale lemon in color, this is one of the best examples of Gavi from the Grand Cru heartland of the denomination. Very expressive, complex aromas and flavors of white peaches, fennel, coriander seeds, nougat with honey and almond skins. Tight-knit and long. Ideal with roast fish and chicken.
