Medium lemon in color with golden tinge. Fine and persistent perlage. Bursting with flavors of honey, lemon, apricots, brioche, hints of fresh herbs and salted butter. Rich and concentrated, but the mouth watering green apple acidity led from the start to finish, bringing it into perfect balance. Long finish.
