Bright lemon in color. A fantastic, food friendly example of this rare grape crossing. Aromas of golden apples, ripe white peaches, bitter almonds, zest and petroleum. A chalky but oily texture, leading to a long finish that lubricates the mouth. Ideal with roasted chicken and veal.
