Historically, the Campanian Biancolella grape is often used in blends. Here it shows what it can do by itself. The combination is of sweet lemon, rosemary, thyme and jasmine, with a lovely saline backbone. Long and immaculately composed, this is a fine Mediterranean wine that brings together fruit, muscle and tension.
