Pale yellow in color, the nose is expressive with white fruit, bergamot, dill fronds, grapefruit, white peach and white flowers. The palate shows a lovely, smooth and well-defined texture, carrying layers of almond skin, subtle ginger and a hint of cucumber through to the finish.
