Straw yellow in color with subtle perlage. On the nose, it shows hazelnut cream, brownies, golden apple, chestnut honey and vanilla. The palate is powerful and full, with evident sea salt notes supported by good acidity. The finish is pastry driven with dark honey nuances and a lingering toasted character.
